CALGARY, AB, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Rapid Infection Diagnostics Inc. (RID), a Canadian life sciences company specializing in the use of metabolomics for rapid infectious diseases diagnosis, announced today the appointment of Mario Savarese to its Strategic Advisory Board.
Former CEO, Chief Strategic Officer and Head of R&D at Copan WASP, Savarese brings more than 20 years of experience spanning clinical microbiology, technology innovation, and strategic growth to RID. During his tenure at Copan WASP, Savarese led global strategy, innovation and expansion driving a ten-fold scale-up of the business.
